Shipping policy

We currently ship all orders within the United States from our studio in San Francisco, California.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates - United States
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States - no minimum purchase required.

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories may incur shipping charges. 

Shipping Rates - International
Please contact us for international orders. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. All shipping costs, import duties, taxes and fees for international deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders typically ship via:
- USPS
- UPS
Shipping service is selected baed on the most efficient delivery method for your location.

Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier timelines.
Please note that carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.) are outside of our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If your tracking number hasn’t updated in several days, please reach out and we’ll help investigate.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund it.
If you believe your package has been mis-delivered or stolen, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier with your tracking number. We’re happy to assist where we can.

Local Pickup & Events
We do not currently offer local pickup, but we do participate in markets and pop-ups around the San Francisco Bay Area. Follow along on Instagram or join our newsletter for event updates.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
