Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn/unused, with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Final sale: Gift cards and sale/markdown items are not returnable.
How to Start a Return
Email bronvujovich@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid label with packing instructions.
Important: Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-remorse returns (didn’t fit, changed mind, etc.): the cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund.
- Our error/defective items: we cover the return shipping.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate and make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
Need a different color/size? The fastest method is to:
1. Start a return for the original item.
2. Place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
